The Sisters of Charity of Montreal wanted a web presence. But they were technically savvy enough to know that a static website was not for them. After all, why build a website where you would be hooked into a web developer or internal IT staff for all of your content changes? Their staff wanted to make these changes themselves - without knowing html or other programming languages. The website allows their staff to advertise events, newsitems, and other relative information through a web-based content management tool. They needed an intuitive website to inform their visitors of upcoming events with the inclusion of a month-at-a-glance calendar. The web-based maintenance tool allows their staff to securely maintain this data from anywhere using a browser. The content management system allows uploading of all sorts of documents that will be made available to visitors via the website. All in all, the partnership between the Sisters of Charity of Montreal and Coleman Consulting was a complete success! |
